How Antioxidants Protect Us From Aging?

Antioxidants protect the body by helping cells to fight against free radical damage.  Environmental damage, including sun exposure are the main reasons for damage to the skin.
As this damage occurs over many years, the skin loses its ability to regenerate new cells.   As a result, our skin starts showing signs of aging when wrinkles and fine lines start forming.

By using antioxidants, you help create a protective layer on the surface of your skin.  They not only protect your skin from environmental damage but your skin will look more radiant and healthy. Because antioxidants are vital for our overall health, we should all consider using them on a daily basis.
Here are some of sources for antioxidants:

Vitamin A, Vitamin C and Vitamin E are all considered excellent antioxidants.  Many vegetables, nuts, grains and some fish contain antioxidants.
Fruits such as blueberries, strawberries, blackberries, goji berries and raspberries have the most antioxidants of any fruit.

Remember, antioxidants work to protect our skin from free radical and environmental damage that can cause skin cancer and premature aging.
By using the right amount of antioxidants we can eliminate these damages and have better life and better skin. So, load up on these healthy products.
