Returns & Refund Policy

We are here to help you find the products that are the perfect fit for your skin, wellbeing and lifestyle. Our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with our products and we will accept any full size product within the United States, you may return most new, unopened items within 90 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)

If you are an international customer, duties and tariffs will not be refunded

If you live in the U.S.A, you should expect to receive your refund within one to two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.

U.S. residents-If you need to return an item, simply log in to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Return conditions

For online purchases, we will accept merchandise in its original condition for a refund of the purchase price when accompanied by the original invoice.

Full-price merchandise must be returned within 90 days from the date of delivery to Likewise, all PayPal purchases must be returned exclusively to

Beauty products may be returned if unopened and in the original packaging within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Merchandise that has been used, altered or damaged will not be accepted.

We reserve the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements at our sole discretion.

Merchandise returned to Yalmeh® Naturals will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt. A confirmation email will be sent once your account has been credited. Refunds may only be issued in the same form as was utilized for payment. Please note that the original shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

Return guidelines

We recommend shipping returned merchandise via UPS for tracking purposes. We will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation if return packages are lost, stolen, mishandled, or damaged.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once we verify the purchase of the items in your return, we will accept the return and process the refund. Verifying the items is expected to take 3 to 5 business days.

The refund will be issued as soon as possible after the return has been accepted, directly to the Credit/Debit Card or PayPal account used for the original purchase and in the same currency.

We estimate you will see the credit in your account approximately one week from when we request the refund, this will depend however on time required for banking procedures.

You will receive an email confirming the credit has been successfully issued and the total refunded sum, which will correspond to the full price of the items returned.

Shipping and delivery

Purchases may not be shipped to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses or any address outside of the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico. Also, Yalmeh® Naturals cannot be held responsible for unanticipated delivery delays beyond our control.

What if I received and order with broken items, missing items, or my package is missing?

Please contact the happiness team at as soon as possible after receiving your delivery, or when you notice a package is missing after receiving our delivery confirmation email. For missing packages marked delivered to the address on the order, we require a minimum of two (2) business days to file a claim with the carrier before sending a replacement. Please know we are unable to assist with the items that arrived broken, missing items, or missing packages, outside of the 90-day return/ exchange policy time-frame or without a photo of the broken items and /or package.


Please email what item was damaged or wrong in the order. We ask that you submit a picture of the wrong or damaged article with the pack slip lying next to the product to help us manage your request in a timely fashion.


If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an email as soon as possible to our happiness team at We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once an order has been submitted, we cannot guarantee that the purchase can be canceled or modified. Once you have received your online order, please refer to our return instructions included with your shipment. Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact our happiness team at

Policy Exclusions
After 90 days, orders are no longer eligible for return or refund. We do not accept returns or refunds for discounted item/ Welcome offer/Introductory/Trial subscription, Monthly subscription, Defi skincare NFT's, beauty boxes/reward points. We do not refund original shipping fees on any order. Purchases made as part of a Special Promotion (such as Secret Shop, Sweet Deals, and Gift with Purchases) are not eligible for return.
