  1. Does Yalmeh ship to my country?
    We Do! Your convenience is our priority so we ship worldwide.
  2. When will my package ship (non-holidays)?
    It takes us 2-4 business days to process and ship your order. Once your goodies have shipped, you will receive a confirmation email from us. Because we ship worldwide, customs may cause a package to take longer to arrive than usual; we recommend tracking your order.
  3. My package has shipped, how much long until it arrives?
    After receiving a confirmation email, the time of delivery will vary depending on the destination. We estimate that shipping times for the United States, Canada and International destinations are as follows:

  4. How can I track my package?
    All U.S. orders will be provided with a tracking number. For international orders, USPS Priority International and USPS Express International mail will provide a tracking number. Only select countries offer tracking for USPS First Class International. Please find these countries provided below:

        As soon as your order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with your order number and tracking number***. To track your package, follow the link provided in your confirmation email. You can also visit the United States Postal Service at and enter your tracking number there!

      ***If you don’t see your country on the list above, don’t worry we can still ship to you but you will not be able to track your package. Instead you will be issued a Customs Identification Number for your package. We apologize, but again you will not be able to track your package if your country is not located above.
    A.Most items may be shipped to a P.O. Box or Military APO/FPO addresses, but some restrictions apply.Orders being sent to P.O. Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses must be shipped via the United States Postal Service and cannot be shipped via 2nd Day or Overnight Priority service.
  6. Can you lower the value of my package and send as a gift?
    As much as we want to, we aren’t able to lower the value of a package for any reason. Import fees are not part of shipping & handling and you will need to pay those fees upon receipt of the package. If you choose not to pay the import fees then your package will be returned to Yalmeh.
  7. Do you offer shipping insurance?
    We do not currently offer insurance for our packages. USPS may have shipping insurance available for an additional fee.

This is the most advanced consumer online security technique to date. You can be assured that your order will be placed safely and securely. We have used government approved encryption software.   9. What do I do if my package does not get to me by the estimated delivery date?
    Carriers often provide an estimated delivery date to show when a package is projected for delivery. These estimates often change depending on current weather or road conditions. Please make sure to check the tracking number often to make sure that it is moving. If you still have not received your package after a week from the estimated delivery date, please let us know by contacting  or 866-524-6665
  10. Tracking shows that my package has been delivered but I did not receive it.
    If your tracking number shows that the package has been delivered but you have not received it, please try the following:
    1. Checking around the yard/house.
    2. Checking with neighbors.
    3. Checking with the carrier.
    4. Often times carriers will leave packages in places where they think will be safest. (ie. Inside an open garage, besides a bush, etc.) Sometimes deliveries may be made to the wrong location. (ie. Down the street, next door, etc.) If the above does not help locate your package, please try contacting the carrier or contact us at or 866-524-6665. Carriers may update a tracking number in advance the day that it is projected for delivery.
  11. How much will shipping cost?
    Shipping costs are calculated based on the package destination and the weight of the package. When you check out using Yalmeh’s website you will need to provide your address in order to view shipping options. Many options will be available so that you can get your package for a reasonable price.
  12. How do I change or cancel my order?
    Please contact us within 1 hour of order placement via our 24/7 toll-free number, 1-866-524-6665 and we will do our best to accommodate your request to change or cancel your order.

  14. What types of payments are accepted?
    We accept all major credit cards, international credit cards, PayPal, and wire transfers. Please note that for orders greater than $2000 we require payment by wire transfer.
  15. I use moisturizer, do I need a serum?
    Yes, we suggest using a serum day and night before applying your moisturizer. Serums are highly concentrated, provide immediate and long term results as well as boost and support the natural functions in the skin. Moisturizers help rebuild skin’s protective barrier and feature anti-aging technologies to target specific concerns
  16. Do your moisturizers have SPF?
    We have high performance moisturizers without sunscreen.

  19. Does Yalmeh test on animals?
    Our stance on animal testing is simple. We don’t do it. We promise we won’t do it. We believe that animal testing should not be needed to validate safety of cosmetic products or ingredients and we are encouraging the use of alternatives and the elimination of such animal testing globally.
    Why Vegan? We love animals and refuse to support anything that hurts animals which is why none of our formulas are ever tested on animals period.
  20. How do I redeem my coupons?
    To redeem Yalmeh coupon with a valid coupon code, place all items you would like to purchase in your shopping basket. Redeem your coupon by entering the coupon code in the space provided and click APPLY CODE. If the coupon code is valid, the applicable discount or promotion will appear in the shopping basket

    You can pay for purchases on using a major credit card, including Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express or by using online credit or pay through PayPal. If you aren't registered, you'll need to enter your credit card information each time you place an order. Please, be advised that it is not possible to use credit cards issued in other countries.   22. Is there sales tax?
    All orders sent to a Washington state address will be charged sales tax. Please keep in mind that all consumers are technically responsible for remitting any unpaid sales tax on online purchases to their state. Please check with your local government for the rules and regulations in your area.
  23. If I save my credit card information in my account is it safe?
    Your auto-checkout credit card information is encrypted and protected by a password for your security. To ensure your information is never stolen, your password decryption only shows a portion of your credit card information meaning that if your password is stolen your information is still safe in our system.
  24. What does "Temporarily out of Stock" mean?
    This means that Yalmeh® does not currently have inventory for the item in question, in most cases that item in on order. If the item is on backorder, we will provide an "estimated" time of arrival (ETA), which is often dependent on availability.
    Does my store credit expire? No, store credits never expire. But they do get forgotten... so while you're thinking about it check out what's new on!

  34. What's the difference between a promotional code and a gift card?

  35. Part of my order is missing/broken/damaged.
    We sincerely apologize! Please contact us immediately to remedy the problem. If the product is broken or damaged, make sure to keep the box, packaging materials and broken/damaged items for inspection by the carrier. Returns made as a result of our error will not count towards your total return limit.
  36. The pump on my product isn't working.
    We hear this a lot with products that feature an “airless pump” system. Products containing an airless pump do not use a straw like most containers, but rather a vacuum system. When using these products for the first time, you will need to prime the pump to expel excess air. To do so, cover the opening where the formula is dispensed with your finger and slowly pump 10-15 times. This will expel any excess air and "jump start" the product. If at any time your pump stops working, repeat the priming process.
    If priming does not work, turn your product over to find a very small hole at the bottom of the bottle. Try inserting a paper clip into this hole to raise the floor of the product and trigger the pump.
